Drop-In Mindfulness Meditation Sessions

Mindfulness meditation is an effective way of learning to focus your attention and staying engaged with what you are doing. It has been shown to reduce stress, improve brain performance and enhance wellbeing. Monash University strongly encourages all students and staff to practice mindfulness. 

There is no need to book - just come along and experience the benefits of mindfulness for yourself.
