Research initiative
CSL, Monash University and Hudson Institute of Medical Research have established a
new collaborative partnership to accelerate research.
CSL will fund up to three projects across Australia to a total of AUD$500,000 each, for up to 24 months.
Eligibility
To be eligible you must be able to answer yes to all of the following questions.
- Are you employed by Monash University or Hudson Institute of Medical Research?
- Do you work in one of the therapeutic areas listed below?
- Do you work on one of the focus areas and/or modalities listed below?

Therapeutic areas
(emphasis on rare disease)
- Immunology
- Neurology
- Haematology
- Thrombosis
- Transplant
- Respiratory
- Cardiovascular / Metabolic

Focus areas
- Novel drug targets
- Clinical sample and/or clinical data collaborations
- Novel platforms ortechnologies relevant to CSL Therapeutic Area or Modality
- Novel delivery strategies and enhancements for biologics, gene or cell therapies
- Biomarkers of disease
- New uses for CSL’s pipeline or on-market products

- Antibodies
- Protein therapeutics
- Gene therapies
- Cell therapies
- Small molecules not of interest
