If you are studying with one (or more) of the faculties below, you are required to complete some additional tasks to finalise your enrolment:
Enter your timetable preferences in Allocate+
Most students need to use Allocate+ between 14 Jan - 20 Feb to enter their timetable preferences for class activities such as lectures, tutorials, etc. Go to the timetables website for information on:
Some faculties assign you to classes in Allocate+ (e.g. Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences) so you don't have to enter preferences. For more information, see do I need to use Allocate+?
Gippsland studentsMonash students studying at Gippsland need to use the Federation University system Student Allocator. It takes about an hour from when you enrol using the Monash Web Enrolment System (WES) to when your units appear in Student Allocator. To find out when you can enter your class timetable, see Student Allocator dates.
Attend Orientation Week: 24 - 28 February 2014
This is the official start of the academic year for all new students. Going to Orientation is compulsory and helps you get ready for classes. You can meet students and staff and settle into university. View the Orientation activities and create your personalised plan using the Orientation ePlanner.
Check your enrolment details on your fee statement
Domestic students don't have to pay fees on enrolment day. We email you about a week after enrolment to say your fee statement is available on the Web Enrolment System (WES). Your fees are based on the units you have enrolled in for that semester. Check your statement to ensure your course and contact details are correct. See checking your fee statement.
Students pay a Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF). This is based on your study load and mode. A Government loan scheme is available for eligible students who submit a Request for SA-HELP assistance in WES before the due date.
You can make changes to your enrolment using WES. See change your enrolment for details and deadlines.
