Forms

Below are a list of the forms used for the applying for refunds, extension, deferment of payments and any discounts that are currently available.
Select the one you require and print the form off, fill it in and either hand deliver it to the Student Services Centre nearest to you or mail it to:

or finally fax it to (03) 9905-3263.

Deferments

Continuing students only, who have extreme financial harship and difficulty in meeting payment terms outlined in their "Enrolment Details and Fees Advice" Form, must contact the University and advise their circumstances. A deferred payment option will only be available to students who can demonstrate hardship, or difficulty. It is not an alternative payment scheme.

(Note: Under normal circumstances, students who are liable only for an amenities fee cannot apply for a deferment)

Refunds

Please Note: If the refund is to go to a third person (i.e. someone other than the student) please do not use the online application form as the refund will not be processed. For a refund to be processed that is required to go to a third party please use the downloadable form and either mail or fax the form to the Fees Section.
