If you make changes to your enrolment (eg. add or drop a unit), you will get a new statement in WES. This may take up to 10 days.

Pay by the due date

Your statement will only include items relevant to you.

EFTSL Your study load for this semester (Equivalent Full Time Study Load)
Student status For our use only
Census date Cut-off date for enrolment changes that affect your fees (ie. you must pay fees for units you withdraw from after this date)
Payment due date Date you must pay your fees
Assessed amount Course fees for this semester
Loan Scheme The amount deferred to the government via HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP including amounts under BOTP (Bridging for Overseas-Trained Professionals)
Upfront discount Discount for paying fees upfront
Student payments Payments you have made
Student balance Amount you must pay (minus discounts and payments)
Balance brought forward Amount you owe from last semester
Student Contribution Amount Fee for students enrolled in units in a Commonwealth Support Place. Eligible students may defer the amount with HECS-HELP to the government (you do not have to pay now)
Student contribution upfront payment Amount you agreed to pay upfront (minus the discount for paying over $500)
Tuition fee Course fee for full-fee students
Fine Amount you must pay for any fines (late enrolment, etc.)
Open Learning charge Fee for crediting an Open Learning unit to your Monash degree
Total amount payable Amount you must pay this semester
