The Alfred Hospital Residents' and Graduates' Association Prize: awarded to the final-year student who, after studying at Bayside, obtains the highest aggregate of marks in third-year, fourth-year Psychology and Medicine in their final-year;

The Harriet Power Prize in Medicine: The Trustees of a fund established in memory of the late Harriet and Robert Power have granted two prizes, awarded annually, to encourage the acquisition of sound practical knowledge of the principles of medicine and surgery. The awards are open only to fifth Year students from the Central & East Clinical School (Alfred Hospital) and are determined by a written examination, followed by a viva voce for selected candidates, arranged by the Clinical Supervisor on behalf of the Alfred Hospital Board;

The Prince Henry's Prize in Surgery: awarded to the sixth-year student at the Southern Clinical School on the basis of an examination by invitation at the end of final year.

The Harry Hindlip Green Scholarship in Medicine: a fund established by Frederick Richard Green to commemorate the naming of his son. Awarded annually for excellence in the area of Medicine, this award is open only to fifth-year Central & Eastern Clinical School students, and is awarded for excellence in the area of medicine to a student who in their final year did at least two rotations at Bayside, in year-three did best in the Medicine OSCE stations, and achieved the highest aggregate mark in the fifth-year Medicine clinical examinations.
