The Monash Immersive Visualisation Platform is best known for its major facility, the Monash CAVE2TM. This landmark facility allows users to explore large scale data, environments and scenarios in unprecedented clarity.

However, CAVE2 is just one of our facilities.

Monash TRIO is a "mini CAVE", boasting all the features of the Monash CAVE2 including 3D display, high contrast and clarity displays, multi-channel audio and head and wand tracking, yet is significantly scaled down to 24 million pixels over just three displays. TRIO is a cluster-based display system.

Monash CURV is a "micro CAVE", based on state-of-the-art organic LED (OLED) diplays. CURV is small and compact for initial explorations of 3D visualisation, and/or development and prototyping of CAVE2 capabilities.

Oculus Rift is a head-mounted virtual reality (VR) headset that serves as an economical entry point to VR and immersive visualisation.
