Revised University Legal Compliance Policy

A review of the university's legal compliance framework commissioned by Council last year determined that the Legal Compliance Policy could be improved by including more detail about responsibilities for ensuring compliance with the laws that impact upon the University's operations.

Council has now approved a revised Legal Compliance Policy which can be viewed at www.adm.monash.edu.au/audit/legalcompliance/legalcompliancepolicy.html .

All staff, but particularly those with management and supervisory responsibilities are encouraged to read this policy.
