The 2016 Academic Promotion Round will open on Monday, 9 May 2016
From this date, applications will be welcome from academic staff (teaching & research, education-focused and research-only) seeking promotion to levels C to E.
Candidates will be able to lodge their application online until 1 July 2016.
Staff considering applying for promotion in 2016 are advised to familiarise themselves with the revised Academic Promotion Procedures and to discuss their intentions with their performance supervisor and Head of Unit as early as possible.
Candidates are also encouraged to familiarise themselves with the new learning and teaching criteria as well as the relevant Academic Performance Standards.
Candidates are required to attach two reports as part of their promotion application, comprising a Research Achievement record and a Student Evaluation record.
