Academic Promotion Round is now open
The 2015 Academic Promotion Round is currently open. Applications are now welcome from academic staff (teaching and research, education-focused and research-only) seeking promotion to levels C to E. Candidates will be able to lodge their application online at any stage from 4 May to 26 June 2015.
Staff considering applying for promotion in 2015 are advised to familiarise themselves with the revised Academic Promotion Procedures, and to discuss their intentions with their performance supervisor and Head of Unit as early as possible.
Candidates are also encouraged to familiarise themselves with the Academic Performance Standards for both research and education.
This year, candidates will apply for supporting reports for promotion. For details, including the application process, please refer to the University Academic Promotion Website. Further questions about any aspect of the process can be directed to the relevant Promotion Coordinator.
