It’s not too late to join in free online Mindfulness training to help reduce stress and improve your performance at work.
The six-week Mindfulness for Wellbeing and Peak Performance course started on 8 February, following on from a successful response to the 2015 course.
The Mindfulness course attracted more than 50,000 registered learners when it was run last September, making it one of the largest courses offered by FutureLearn. The course was rated by the Class Central website as one of the top 10 online courses of 2015.
The course aims to give learners the techniques and awareness to make mindfulness an ongoing part of their lives, improving their work, study and relationships.
You can still sign up for the course. Once you sign up, you keep access to all learning materials even after the course officially ends.
Follow @FLMindfulness on Twitter and use the hashtag #FLmindfulness to stay informed of course-related news and events, and to keep in touch with other learners.
Mindfulness programs throughout the University, including this course delivered through FutureLearn, are provided with the support of the Campus Community Division.
