Accept a Monash University English Language Centre offer

Step 1

To accept your offer you need to complete all details on the acceptance form (pdf, 195 kb) and download the 'How to accept your offer' guide (pdf 708kb).

Step 2

Please send Monash University English Language Centre:

  • your completed forms
  • payment to cover your tuition fee deposit (to find this, check your offer letter), and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) health insurance premium. You can pay online, with a bank draft, via credit card, or through a telegraphic transfer. Please note that we cannot accept cash.
    • Online payment - Custom House StudentPay allows students to pay their fees outside Australia. You can use this system with your banking account either online or at your local bank branch. See How to use Custom House StudentPay
    • Bank draft - Ask the bank to make the draft payable to 'Monash University'. You should send the draft to:

    • Credit card - Complete your credit card details on your Acceptance Form. It is a good idea to let your bank know beforehand that a large transaction will go through your account

Once we receive your form and payment we will send you a receipt. You will also receive a pre-departure pack containing important information about living in Melbourne and studying at Monash.
