To accept an offer from Monash University, you should download the 'How to accept your offer' guide (pdf 708kb). This guide explains the acceptance process in detail and will answer any questions you may have. Complete the Acceptance Form (pdf, 195 kb). Print it out, and either:

Step 1
- Please provide your current contact details, as we may need to contact you directly
Step 2
- Organise your visa.
- Pay your fees before the offer lapse date to secure a place
- Complete your fee and payment details on your Acceptance Form. If you are accepting a conditional offer, you must pay your fees before the offer lapse date to hold your place. If you do not meet the conditions outlined in your offer letter, you are eligible for a full refund
- We will send you a Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) when you have satisfied the conditions in your offer letter
- If you are accepting an offer for a Monash Entry Package (an offer for two or more Monash programs grouped together), complete your fee and payment details, including full tuition fees for your first course plus a A$1000 deposit towards your next course
Step 3
- You must send your completed Acceptance Form plus all payments, including tuition fees and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), and visa documents to Monash University International Recruitment Services. We will then send you a Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE)
- Check the offer lapse date on your offer letter. We must receive your payment before the this date
Payment options
You must pay by one of these methods. Monash University does not accept cash.
Bank draft
Ask the bank to make the draft payable to 'Monash University'. Mail (or deliver in person) your completed Acceptance Form and the draft to:

Online payment (Australian campuses only)
Custom House StudentPay allows students to pay their fees outside Australia. You can use this system with your banking account either online.

Credit card
Complete your credit card details on your Acceptance Form. It is a good idea to let your bank know beforehand that a large transaction will go through your account.
Telegraphic transfer (Australian campuses only)
If you choose to use telegraphic transfer:
- Ask the bank to include your Student Name and ID Number as a reference otherwise we will not know that you have paid and your offer may lapse
- Fax a copy of the Acceptance Form and the transfer receipt to +61 3 9903 4778 or email to documents@adm.monash.edu.au
- We will send you a Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) when your funds clear
