Living with a parent, custodian or eligible relative

Nominate a parent, custodian or eligible relative over the age of 21 with whom you will be staying.

Step 1 Complete the Under 18 care arrangements form (new students) (pdf 134kb) and send the completed and appropriately signed forms to Monash University International Recruitment Services office.
Step 2 Complete International Recruitment Services Acceptance form (pdf 86kb) and provide payment
Step 3 Download (or complete form sent to you in under 18 package) the 'Parental/guardian authorisation for under-age access' form (pdf 100kb), have your parents or guardian sign the form and send the form to the International Recruitment Services office with your acceptance, accommodation and welfare documents.
Step 4 Send the completed and appropriately signed forms to the International Recruitment Services office.

Step 5

 Receive the electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) from the International Recruitment Services office.

The eCOE will be issued after the required deposit and acceptance documents have been received.
Step 6 Apply for your student visa submitting required documentation (including eCOE) to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship.
