eSolutions provide a range of desktop and laptop devices specifically selected to match the requirements of the University.
Delivery times vary on whether the device is displayed in the catalogue. If it is in the catalogue then it will take two days from the order approval date. If not in the catalogue the device will be subject to vendor turnaround times.
Our current managed device catalogue (pdf, 0.93 mb) shows devices available to staff members.
To request a new device;
- Log into the Service Desk Online
- Click on the Browse Categories dropdown on the top right
- Select Devices (Hardware)
- Select Order a Desktop, Laptop or Accessories and complete the request form.
