What to do when you lose your mobile

If your mobile is lost or stolen, you need to place a temporary suspension on the service ASAP.

Temporary suspension period

Telstra advise that temporary suspension of a mobile service for lost or stolen handsets is limited to a maximum of 28 days. At the end of this time, your mobile service will be reconnected to allow incoming calls and emergency outgoing calls only.
