Purchase a mobile phone or SIM card

To order a smartphone:

  • Log into Service Desk Online
  • Click on the Browse categories dropdown menu
  • Select Devices (Mobile & Telephony)
  • Select Order Smartphones, Mobile Devices or Accessories and complete the request form

During the checkout phase, you'll need to have the following details handy:

  • Your contact and location details for delivery of your new smartphone
  • Your cost centre and fund code
  • The full name of the person granting authorisation for the purchase

We're unable to submit your order to Solve Communications until it's been authorised.
