To order a smartphone:
- Log into Service Desk Online
- Click on the Browse categories dropdown menu
- Select Devices (Mobile & Telephony)
- Select Order Smartphones, Mobile Devices or Accessories and complete the request form
During the checkout phase, you'll need to have the following details handy:
- Your contact and location details for delivery of your new smartphone
- Your cost centre and fund code
- The full name of the person granting authorisation for the purchase
We're unable to submit your order to Solve Communications until it's been authorised.
