We serve fresh South East Asian food with a strong Vietnamese influence, prepared daily by our chefs.
From Vietnam to Caulfield, our food celebrates the fresh and vibrant flavours of Vietnamese cuisine. Influenced by our mothers and their migration to Australia, our food showcases dishes that evoke the memory of growing up with Asian parents.
Tiger Mum Canteen is a flexible and (soon to be) fully licensed restaurant, operating lunch and dinner services. In the mornings we will transform the space into a coffee window with specialty coffee and small treats, catering to staff and students alike. Starting from lunch time, our full menu is available until the end of the day. We are also available to host faculty functions after hours.
